About Me

I’m a psychologist, neuroscientist, registered associate nutritionist and integrative sports nutritionist with over a decade of experience in health, education, and behavioural science. I specialise in nutrition and well-being across both human and canine populations, with a strong track record in consultancy, education, and product development.

My background spans frontline roles in mental health and parenting services, academic teaching, and business leadership, bringing both clinical insight and commercial experience to my work. 

I’ve developed qualifications and CPD programmes in canine and feline nutrition and behaviour, and continue to provide scientific support to pet industry brands and human health organisations alike.

As a consultant, educator, and writer, I’ve worked with companies to develop supplements, functional foods, educational content, and staff training materials. I offer evidence-informed input across formulation, compliance, and professional development.

My work has been featured in The Gundog Journal, Edition Dog, Edition Cat, Functional Sports Nutrition, and On the Couch magazine. I’m also the author of Nutrition for Dogs — a practical, science-based guide to supporting canine health through nutrition. Buy my book here.   

Alongside my academic training in neuroscience, nutrition, and psychology, I hold degrees in education and counselling, enabling me to communicate complex science in an accessible, engaging way for both professional and general audiences.

I also practise with Invivo Healthcare and Lifecode GX, working at the intersection of functional medicine, nutritional genomics, and behavioural health.
